Can I use bleach on my towels? Will skincare/makeup products with benzoyl peroxide bleach the towels? Do your towels pill? Do you use any harmful dyes or chemicals? Can Cozy Earth monogram or embroider my towels?
No. The bleach can discolor the viscose bamboo fibers and blemish the fabric. Yes. If you do have products with those ingredients, we recommend using our white towels. Nope. Our towels, bedding and clothing are all warrantied against pilling, abnormal rips and tears, and workmanship defects. We typically avoid dyes, but when needed, we only use responsible dyeing practices and ensure all of our products are free of harmful chemicals. No, we aren't able to custom embroider towels.
